If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item. We'll work with you to resolve any issues during this period.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, items be eligible for exchange within seven (7) days delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
This item us unused and in original condition.
It is undamaged
It is returned in its original packaging.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping fees. 

3. Can I return an item for refund ?

We do not offer refunds. All items are non-refundable.
However, if you wish to return an item:
  • It must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receipt
